An event looking at how to make a profit while being an ethical leader.

The evening was full of interesting debate on responsible business practices.

The event opened with an interactive activity in which audience members had to think of themselves as a company investing in India and discuss real life business practises.

Our guest speaker talked about:

- the different methods his business uses to value employees

- the challenges of being an SME in India

The talk was followed by more discussion and audience members shared their own experiences and challenges of doing CSR in India.
